Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt non-fat coconut flavored
  • 2/3 cup crushed pineapple drained
  • 1 cup old-fashioned (rolled) oats gluten-free, if needed
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon rum extract

Instructions

  • Layer the yogurt in the bottom of 2 glasses, followed by the crushed pineapple.
  • In a medium bowl, stir together the oats, coconut milk, and rum extract. Divide between the 2 cups.
  • Refrigerate for 6 hours to overnight.
  • Mix everything up and enjoy!
