Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt non-fat coconut flavored
- 2/3 cup crushed pineapple drained
- 1 cup old-fashioned (rolled) oats gluten-free, if needed
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 teaspoon rum extract
Instructions
- Layer the yogurt in the bottom of 2 glasses, followed by the crushed pineapple.
- In a medium bowl, stir together the oats, coconut milk, and rum extract. Divide between the 2 cups.
- Refrigerate for 6 hours to overnight.
- Mix everything up and enjoy!
