Ingredients
- Cooking spray
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 12 whole wheat slider rolls
- 12 slices thinly sliced lean deli ham
- 6 slices reduced-fat Swiss cheese
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, mix the Dijon mustard with honey until thoroughly combined.

- Slice the rolls horizontally without separating them to form top and bottom slabs. Arrange the bottom halves in the prepared baking dish and spread the honey mustard mixture evenly over them.

- Evenly layer the ham on the rolls, then add the Swiss cheese slices. Finally, place the top halves of the rolls on the cheese.

- In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, poppy seeds, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Using a pastry brush, evenly brush the butter mixture over the tops of the sliders.

- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
