Guacamole Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados peeled and diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine avocados, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.

  • Drizzle with lime juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
