Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados peeled and diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine avocados, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.

- Drizzle with lime juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

- Gently toss all the ingredients until well combined. Serve immediately.
