  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • 3 cloves garlic minced

  • 1/4 cup water plus more as needed

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.

  • Add the tomato sauce and water; reduce the heat. Allow the mixture to simmer until the flavors meld, about 5 minutes. If the mixture appears dry, add a little more water.

  • Heat the corn tortillas in a separate pan over a low flame, if you like.
