- 4 cups shredded green cabbage
- 2 cups shredded purple cabbage

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine green cabbage, purple cabbage, and carrots.

- In a separate small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, honey, Dijon mustard, celery seeds, salt, and black pepper until fully combined.

- Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until well coated. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
