Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper

Instructions

  • In a small bowl or jar, combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, mustard, salt, and pepper.
