Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- ½ cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place all of the ingredients into a large bowl. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.

- Form the mixture into 1½-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spaced evenly apart.

- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through with an internal temperature of 165°F.
