Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • ½ cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place all of the ingredients into a large bowl. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.

  • Form the mixture into 1½-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spaced evenly apart.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through with an internal temperature of 165°F.
