Ingredients

  • 1 cup buttermilk or dairy-free alternative
  • 3/4 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  • Soak the onion slices in buttermilk for 15 minutes to tenderize and add flavor.
