  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter cubed

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  • Place the sweet potatoes in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt, tossing to coat evenly.

  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and then remove from the heat. Stir in the maple syrup and sugar well.
