Ingredients
For The Oatmeal:
- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons sprinkles
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or milk of choice
- 2 teaspoons butter extract
- 1/2 cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
For The Frosting:
- 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
- 5 teaspoons unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, stir together the oats and sprinkles.
- Add in the almond milk and butter extract, and stir well.

- Place 1/4 cup of the oat mixture in the bottom of two glasses, jars, or small bowls. Then, gently spread 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt on top of the oatmeal in each container.
- Divide the remaining oat mixture evenly, and spread it on top of the yogurt layer. Cover the containers with plastic wrap or lids, and let the oats sit in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, stir together the protein powder with just enough almond milk to turn it into a thick, frosting-like consistency (about 5 teaspoons).
- Divide the frosting evenly on the top of each oatmeal cup.
