- 20 frozen chicken wings drumettes and flats

- Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and arrange the frozen chicken wings in a single layer.

- Place the baking sheet in the oven immediately. There's no need to wait for the oven to finish preheating.

- Bake the wings for 50 minutes, or until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of a wing reads 160°F.

- Remove the wings from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
- If desired, toss the wings in your favorite barbecue or Buffalo sauce before serving.
