Ingredients
- 3 pounds chicken wings separated
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup low-fat milk
- 2 dashes hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 3 cups vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Toss the chicken wings with Cajun seasoning in a bowl, cover, and let them marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

- Whisk together eggs, low-fat milk, and hot sauce in a bowl.

- Combine cornstarch, all-purpose flour, and seasoning salt in a shallow bowl.
- Dip each wing into the egg mixture, then coat evenly with the seasoned flour mixture.

- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat until it reaches 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Fry the wings in batches, until golden brown and fully cooked, about 5 to 7 minutes.

- Remove the wings from the oil and drain on a paper towel-lined plate before serving.
