Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1.5 pounds flank steak

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and black pepper until well combined.

  • Place the flank steak in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring it is fully coated. Seal or cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight, to marinate.

  • When ready to cook, remove the steak from the marinade. Grill the steak on high heat to your desired level of doneness, typically 5-7 minutes per side for medium-rare.
