Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon dried dill weed
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients until well mixed.

- Transfer the seasoning blend to an airtight container or spice jar and store at room temperature away from direct sunlight.

- Use this seasoning to flavor fish before cooking. Apply a generous amount to both sides of the fish fillets and cook as desired.
