Ingredients
- 4 large egg whites 1/2 cup
- 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons chocolate protein powder
- 1/2 teaspoon stevia or sweetener of choice to taste
Instructions
- Spray a small, microwave-safe dish (like a ramekin) with cooking spray. Mine is 8 ounces.
- In a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients until the protein powder is well mixed.
- Pour the mixture into the ramekin and microwave on high until all the liquid is absorbed, about 2-3 minutes. You may need to stop the cooking every 30 seconds or so, to let the egg whites deflate a little.
