Ingredients
- 1/4 cup steel-cut oats
- 3/4 to 1 cup water
- Pinch of salt optional
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a medium pot and bring to a boil.

- Once boiling, boil for 1 minute and stir constantly to prevent clumping or sticking.

- Remove from the heat, transfer to an airtight container, and let stand in the refrigerator overnight.
- The next day, give the oats a good stir, transfer to a serving bowl, and top with your favorite oatmeal ingredients!
