Easy overnight steel-cut oats with blueberries, coconut, and nut butter.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup steel-cut oats
  • 3/4 to 1 cup water
  • Pinch of salt optional

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a medium pot and bring to a boil.
    Steel-cut oats, water, and salt for easy overnight oats.
  • Once boiling, boil for 1 minute and stir constantly to prevent clumping or sticking.

  • Remove from the heat, transfer to an airtight container, and let stand in the refrigerator overnight.
  • The next day, give the oats a good stir, transfer to a serving bowl, and top with your favorite oatmeal ingredients!
