Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked sweet potato mashed
- 2 tablespoons natural, no-stir creamy almond butter
- 2 teaspoons red curry paste
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon avocado oil (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a small food processor (mine holds 3 cups) and process until creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
