Ingredients

  • 1/2 cucumber thinly sliced
  • 1 lime thinly sliced (peel on)
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves tightly packed
  • 6 cups water

Instructions

  • Place the cucumber, lime, and mint into a large pitcher.

  • Pour in the water and refrigerate at least 4 hours. It will be the most flavorful if you leave it overnight.
