Ingredients
- 1 large croissant
- 2 slices bacon
- 1 slice cheddar cheese
- 2 slices deli ham
- 1 large egg
- Kosher salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Slice the croissant in half. Cook the bacon until crispy and set aside.

- Place the bottom half of the croissant on a baking sheet. Layer on the slice of cheddar cheese, deli ham, and the cooked bacon.

- Fry the egg to your liking in a pan over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper. Place the cooked egg on top of the bacon.

- Cover with the top half of the croissant. Bake in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the croissant is toasted.
