Ingredients

  • 1 large croissant
  • 2 slices bacon
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices deli ham
  • 1 large egg
  • Kosher salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • Slice the croissant in half. Cook the bacon until crispy and set aside.
  • Place the bottom half of the croissant on a baking sheet. Layer on the slice of cheddar cheese, deli ham, and the cooked bacon.
  • Fry the egg to your liking in a pan over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper. Place the cooked egg on top of the bacon.
  • Cover with the top half of the croissant. Bake in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the croissant is toasted.
