- 4 large sweet potatoes

- Wash the sweet potatoes and scrub off any dirt from the skin. No need to dry them, as the moisture helps cook them. But make sure they're not dripping wet.

- Use a fork to prick holes at least 1/4-inch deep all over the sweet potatoes.

- Put your potatoes in the Crock-Pot, and put on the lid. Cook the potatoes until they’re perfectly tender, about 6-8 hours on low, or 3-4 hours on high, depending on the size of your potatoes as well as your Crock-Pot.

- Your potatoes are done when you can pierce them easily with a fork.
