Ingredients
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup light coconut milk
- 5 Medjool dates pitted and roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes plus additional for topping if desired
- 10 large frozen strawberries
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Top with additional coconut flakes and enjoy!
