Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados peeled and diced
  • 1 ripe avocado peeled and mashed
  • 1/3 cup red onion finely diced
  • 1/2 cup ripe tomatoes diced
  • 1 small jalapeño seeded and finely diced
  • 2 teaspoons garlic minced
  • 1/3 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 pinches cumin
  • Kosher salt to taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the diced and mashed avocados, onions, tomatoes, jalapeño, garlic, and cilantro. Drizzle with lime juice and season with cumin and salt to taste.

  • Gently mix the ingredients to combine without mashing the avocados much more. Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve immediately.
