Ingredients
- Chocolate syrup for rimming the glass and garnish
- Cocoa powder and chocolate shavings for rimming the glass and garnish
- 3 ounces vodka
- 3 ounces Irish cream liqueur such as Baileys
- 3 ounces chocolate liqueur
Instructions
- Chill a martini glass in the freezer. For the rim, dip the glass in chocolate syrup, then in cocoa powder or chocolate shavings. Drizzle a swirl of chocolate syrup inside for extra flair.

- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the vodka, Irish cream liqueur, and chocolate liqueur. Shake vigorously until well chilled, about 15–30 seconds.

- Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass.

- Garnish with chocolate shavings, a dusting of cocoa powder, or an extra drizzle of chocolate syrup just before serving.
