Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
Instructions
- In a blender, combine eggs, milk, water, flour, cocoa powder, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth. Add melted butter and blend for a few seconds more. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes.

- Heat a nonstick skillet or crêpe pan over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or cooking spray. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the center of the pan, swirling to spread evenly. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until the edges lift easily, then flip and cook for another 30 seconds. Transfer to a plate and repeat with remaining batter.

- Serve the crêpes warm with your favorite fillings such as fresh berries, whipped cream, or a dusting of powdered sugar.
