Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 pounds chicken thighs
Instructions
- Whisk all marinade ingredients in a bowl until well combined.

- Place the marinade in a glass container with a tight lid, or a ziplock bag. Add chicken thighs, and marinate for 12 hours. Remove chicken from marinade and drain. Discard marinade.
- Fry, grill, or bake chicken thighs using your favorite method.
