Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 large chicken breasts cut into bite-size pieces
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 medium green cabbage cored and chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes, stirring often. Remove chicken and set aside.

- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté the onion for 3 minutes until translucent.

- Add the chopped cabbage to the skillet and cook uncovered, stirring often, for 10-15 minutes until the cabbage is soft, or to your desired tenderness.

- Mix in the minced garlic and paprika, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, stir well, and cook until heated through. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Serve the stir-fry hot.
