Ingredients

  • 1 large bunch celery about 8-10 ribs
  • Optional: 1/2 lemon juiced

Instructions

  • Rinse the celery ribs under cool running water. Trim off the base and any discolored parts, then chop the stalks into 2-inch pieces.

  • Place the chopped celery in your juicer and process until all the juice is extracted. If you like, stir in the freshly squeezed lemon juice for extra brightness.
