Ingredients
- 1 large bunch celery about 8-10 ribs
- Optional: 1/2 lemon juiced
Instructions
- Rinse the celery ribs under cool running water. Trim off the base and any discolored parts, then chop the stalks into 2-inch pieces.

- Place the chopped celery in your juicer and process until all the juice is extracted. If you like, stir in the freshly squeezed lemon juice for extra brightness.

- Pour the juice into a glass and enjoy immediately. If not drinking right away, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
