Ingredients

  • 1 large carrot peeled and roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Combine the carrot, ginger, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil in a blender.

  • Blend until smooth, then slowly add the olive oil while continuing to blend.
