Ingredients
- 1 large carrot peeled and roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Combine the carrot, ginger, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil in a blender.

- Blend until smooth, then slowly add the olive oil while continuing to blend.

- Season with salt to taste and blend again. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator.
