Ingredients

  • 3 pounds sweet potatoes peeled and sliced into 1/2-inch slices

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
