- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Cayenne pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
- Fresh chopped cilantro or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, toss the shrimp with Cajun seasoning to coat evenly.

- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and butter; cook for 3-5 minutes, adding the garlic during the last minute of cooking.

- Remove from heat when shrimp is opaque and cooked through.
- Season with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper to taste; add more Cajun seasoning if needed. Serve with lemon wedges and fresh herbs sprinkled on top.
