Bulgogi Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang red chili paste
  • 1/2 pear finely grated
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 inch piece ginger grated

Instructions

  • Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, gochujang, grated pear, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a bowl.
