Ingredients
- 3 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
- 3 teaspoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Cayenne pepper to taste
- 5 garlic cloves minced
- Finely chopped fresh herbs to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Position the top rack about 3-4 inches from the heating element and preheat the oven to BROIL on HIGH.
- Line a baking tray with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.

- Slice the chicken breasts in half lengthwise and arrange them on the prepared tray. Evenly coat each piece with olive oil, then season with salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, minced garlic, and optional herbs.

- Broil the chicken for 3-5 minutes per side until they are nicely browned and reach an internal temperature of 165°F. Stay vigilant, as broiling times may vary.
