Ingredients

  • 5-6 cups broccoli florets in bite-sized pieces, raw or blanched
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup salted sunflower seeds
  • 1/3 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, shredded cheddar cheese, dried cranberries, crumbled bacon, sunflower seeds, and chopped red onion.
