Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground pork
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried sage
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix thoroughly until well incorporated.
    Minced meat with seasonings for healthy meal prep, on a white marble surface.
  • Form the mixture into 6 equal-sized patties. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
