Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground pork
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried sage
- 3/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix thoroughly until well incorporated.

- Form the mixture into 6 equal-sized patties. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
