Ingredients
- 20 large cremini mushrooms
- 5 ounces Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese 1 package
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel, carefully remove stems, and set caps on a lined baking sheet.

- In a bowl, mix Boursin cheese with panko breadcrumbs, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.

- Stuff each mushroom cap generously with the cheese mixture. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.

- Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
