Boursin Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 20 large cremini mushrooms
  • 5 ounces Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese 1 package
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel, carefully remove stems, and set caps on a lined baking sheet.

  • In a bowl, mix Boursin cheese with panko breadcrumbs, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.

  • Stuff each mushroom cap generously with the cheese mixture. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
