Ingredients
- 1 cup bourbon whiskey
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 pinch dry mustard
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes, optional
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, add bourbon whiskey, ketchup, brown sugar, white vinegar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, ginger, and dry mustard. Stir well to combine and then add salt and pepper to taste. Add red pepper flakes if desired.

- Use the glaze to baste meat while cooking or serve it as a dipping sauce for your favorite dishes.
