Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup jasmine rice
  • 2 teaspoons butter or ghee
  • 2 cups bone broth
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoons fresh cilantro chopped, plus more for garnish

Instructions

  • Place the jasmine rice in a mesh sieve and rinse it under cold water for at least 1 minute to remove excess starch.
