Ingredients

  • 1 medium butternut squash about 2 pounds
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Peel the butternut squash, remove the seeds, and cut it into ½-inch cubes.

  • Carefully add the cubed squash to the boiling water and cook for 5-6 minutes, or until the squash is fork-tender.
