Ingredients
- 1 large banana, frozen and cut into thirds
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk (depending how thick you want it)
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/4 cup mashed avocado
- 1 tablespoon honey or to taste
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender.

- Blend until smooth. Sweeten to taste.
