- 1 ounce blue curaçao
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 1 ounce cream of coconut
- 1 cup crushed ice
- Fresh pineapple slice and maraschino cherry for garnish
Instructions
- Combine the light rum, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut in a blender.

- Add 1 cup of crushed ice and blend until smooth and frothy.

- Pour the mixture into a chilled glass over fresh crushed ice.

- Garnish with a slice of fresh pineapple and a maraschino cherry. Serve immediately.
