Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 2/3 cup whole milk or plant-based milk
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Fresh mixed fruit for garnish
  • Peanut butter or almond butter for drizzling

Instructions

  • Place oats, milk, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and salt into a blender.

  • Blend the mixture until smooth.

  • Transfer the mixture into a jar or container and refrigerate overnight.
