Ingredients
- 3/4 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 pound beef sirloin thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 2 stalks celery sliced
- 1 large carrot julienned
- 1 medium bell pepper sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms sliced
- 1 cup snow peas
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup water chestnuts drained
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together beef broth, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch until smooth. Set aside.

- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced beef and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.

- In the same skillet, add onion, celery, carrot, bell pepper, mushrooms, and snow peas. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 5-7 minutes. Add garlic and stir-fry for an additional minute.

- Return the beef to the skillet. Add the prepared sauce and water chestnuts. Cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce is thickened and everything is heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
