Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch

  • 1 pound beef sirloin thinly sliced
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 2 stalks celery sliced
  • 1 large carrot julienned
  • 1 medium bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup water chestnuts drained

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together beef broth, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch until smooth. Set aside.

  • In the same skillet, add onion, celery, carrot, bell pepper, mushrooms, and snow peas. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 5-7 minutes. Add garlic and stir-fry for an additional minute.
