Ingredients

  • 1 cup mashed banana
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 5 tablespoons water
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Handful of chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a pan with parchment paper. Place the mashed banana in a bowl.

  • Add all other ingredients to the bowl. Combine well.

  • Add the mixture to a 9x9-inch pan. Smooth out. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
