Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and dried oregano.
  • In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 4 minutes on each side until golden.
