Ingredients

  • 3 avocados
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 pounds lean ground beef at least 80% lean
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 whole-wheat burger buns
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Sliced red onion
  • Dairy-free cheese slices

Instructions

  • Mash the avocados with lime juice and salt in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate to create a fresh avocado spread.
