Ingredients
- 1 plain bagel
- 2 slices of turkey bacon
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 slice of cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 avocado sliced
- Hot sauce optional
Instructions
- Slice the bagel in half and toast it to your desired doneness.

- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then set aside on a paper towel to drain.

- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and fry to your liking.

- Place the slice of cheddar cheese on one egg while still in the skillet to melt slightly. Layer the cooked bacon, plain egg and avocado slices on the bottom half of the toasted bagel.

- Top with the cheesy egg and hot sauce if using, then cover with the other half of the bagel.
