Ingredients

  • 2 plain stale bagels
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • Cut each bagel in half, and then carefully slice the C-shaped halves into thin rounds about 1/8-inch thick. Place the slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
