Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon cut in half
- 1 1/4 pounds fresh green beans
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F. Arrange the bacon strips on a sheet pan and bake for 7 minutes, then remove and set aside.

- Wash the green beans and trim the ends. Blanch them in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until they turn bright green, then drain and pat dry with a kitchen towel.

- Take about 5-9 green beans and arrange them on a half strip of bacon. Roll the bacon around the beans and place each bundle seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

- Brush the bundles with melted butter, and then evenly sprinkle the bundles with brown sugar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

- Bake in the preheated oven for about 18-23 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the green beans are tender.
