- 24 club crackers
- 12 slices of thin-cut bacon halved
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Spray the rack with non-stick cooking spray.

- Place a teaspoon of grated Parmesan cheese on each cracker.

- Wrap each cracker with a half slice of bacon, ensuring the seam is on the bottom.

- Place the bacon-wrapped crackers on the prepared rack. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-90 minutes or until the bacon is crispy; begin to check on it at the 40-minute mark. Baking time will vary depending on whether it is a convection or conventional oven.
