Ingredients

  • 1 pound baby carrots
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  • Combine the baby carrots with olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Toss until evenly coated.
